Products & Quality

All BJX PEP-TECH peptides are synthesized to a minimum of 99% purity, verified by independent HPLC chromatography. Many of our products exceed this threshold. Every batch is tested before shipping, and you can request or download the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for any product at any time.

We use two primary testing methods on every batch:

  • HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) — confirms the exact purity percentage
  • Mass Spectrometry (MS) — verifies the correct molecular identity and sequence of the peptide

Both tests are performed by an independent third-party laboratory. We do not test in-house only — every COA comes from an external, accredited lab.

Yes, without exception. A Certificate of Analysis is included with every order and is also available for download on our COA page. If you cannot find a specific batch COA, contact us and we'll send it within 24 hours.

No. All products sold by BJX PEP-TECH are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or any clinical application.

They are not approved by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority for medical use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher using these compounds solely for research purposes.

For optimal stability, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a freezer at −20°C or below, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept at 4°C and used within a short timeframe (typically 2–4 weeks). Always handle with clean technique and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Yes. We can accommodate custom peptide synthesis requests for research purposes. Please contact us via email or Telegram with your sequence, required purity, quantity, and any specific modifications. We'll provide a quote and estimated turnaround time.

Ordering & Payment

We'll confirm product availability, provide pricing, and send you a payment invoice. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation.

We accept a range of payment methods including bank transfer (wire), major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT, and others), and additional methods depending on your location and order size. Contact us to confirm which options are available for your region.

Yes. We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders and ongoing research partnerships. Discounts are available based on order volume and frequency. Please contact us via Telegram or email with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote with turnaround time.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email — the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can accommodate the request.

We do not enforce a strict minimum order quantity for most products. Single vials are available for researchers who need smaller quantities for testing or initial studies. Contact us for the current minimum for specific products or custom requests.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. All shipments are temperature-controlled and discreetly packaged with no indication of contents on the outside. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details and any country-specific restrictions. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can ship to your location.

Delivery times vary by destination. Typical estimates from dispatch date:

  • Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 days (express)
  • Europe: 5–10 business days (standard), 3–5 days (express)
  • North America: 7–14 business days (standard), 5–7 days (express)
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods. Tracking is provided on all orders.

Yes on both counts. All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to BJX PEP-TECH, peptides, or research chemicals. The return address uses a neutral business name.

Internal packaging uses appropriate cold-chain materials (dry ice or gel packs as required) to maintain peptide stability and integrity throughout the transit period.

Yes. A tracking number is sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your shipment via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. BJX PEP-TECH is not responsible for any delays, seizures, or costs arising from customs processes.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal to import in their jurisdiction. We strongly recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

If your tracking shows no movement for 21 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) after dispatch, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost — not seized by customs — we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research peptides requiring cold-chain storage and handling, we are unable to accept general returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. Once dispatched, products cannot be returned to our inventory.

However, we fully stand behind our quality and accuracy. See below for eligible refund and replacement situations.

We will offer a full replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong product that does not match your order confirmation
  • The product arrived physically damaged due to shipping handling
  • Independent third-party testing confirms purity is materially below the stated COA (evidence required)
  • Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier (not seized by customs)

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.

Seizure by customs authorities does not qualify as a lost shipment and is not eligible for a refund or replacement. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that the products they order are legal to import in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

  • Your order number or reference
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (photos of damage, third-party lab report for purity disputes, or tracking info for lost orders)

Approved claims are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible.
