⚡ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. If there is any delay in processing, we will notify you promptly via your preferred contact channel.
🕐 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Times below are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Express shipping options are available for most regions at an additional cost. Contact us at the time of ordering to confirm express availability for your destination.
❄️ Cold-Chain Packaging
All peptide products are shipped in insulated packaging with appropriate cold-chain materials — dry ice or gel packs as required based on the estimated transit time and destination temperature conditions.
We do not ship products that we cannot safely cold-pack for the estimated transit duration. If cold-chain shipping is not feasible to your destination, we will inform you before dispatch.
📦 Discreet Packaging
All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to BJX PEP-TECH, peptides, or research chemicals on the outside of the parcel.
Return address labels use a neutral business name. The internal packaging is labelled appropriately for cold-chain handling only, with no product identification visible from the outside.
📍 Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all shipments. You will receive your tracking number via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order, the destination country, and the shipping method selected. Exact shipping costs are confirmed at the time of your order inquiry.
We periodically offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Contact us for information on any current offers when placing your order.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or inspections imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
BJX PEP-TECH is not responsible for any delays, seizures, or costs arising from customs processes. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products they order are legal to import in their jurisdiction before placing an order.
🚫 Restricted Countries
We are unable to ship to certain countries where local laws prohibit or severely restrict the import of research peptides. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing an order and we will confirm availability.
Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.
🔍 Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 21 business days after dispatch (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier — not seized by customs — we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund at our discretion. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
