An order is considered confirmed only upon:

Receipt of full payment by BJX PEP-TECH, and
Our written confirmation sent to you via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our sole discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred, where stock is unavailable, or where we are unable to verify eligibility.

Payment must be made in full before any order is dispatched. We accept bank transfer, major cryptocurrencies, and other methods as agreed at the time of order. Accepted payment methods may vary by region and order size.

All payments are final once processed. In the event of a billing error on our part, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
